Apologies, I am late in posting! First time making pasta (I think), scaled down to a third of the original recipe: 0.5cup semolina and 0.5cup APF (but I only have everything else except APF, so used hi-protein flour - should have used cake flour!), 1 whole egg plus 1 egg yolk; extra flour for rolling.
I think I used too much flour for dusting and rolling, should have dug out my rice flour which was in hiding.. somewhere. oh well, first time - a bit tough the texture. I open freezed the balance before packing them away. Let's see if they fare better in a tomato sauce instead of just butter, garlic with chili flakes. I garnished with grated pecorino cheese.

I chanced upon a copy of The Girl in the Spider's Web, supposedly a continuation of Stieg Larsson's Millennium series, penned by David Lagercrantz, translated from Swedish by George Goulding. The first thing I did not like about this book was the size of the book, too big to hold! I am only 50 pages in, so too early to tell....

Your pasta looks GREAT! I need to get a roller and cutter and try this again!
YOUR PASTA LOOKS GOOD TO ME, AND I USED THE SAME TOPPING EXCEPT I ADDED CAPERS.
