Country Cooking Club: June 2017 reveal!

It is time for a roundup of delicious meals I made

I made so many variations with this quick oatmeal, above was with apple slices fried in butter with toasted walnuts and maple syrup.  Another time I made it savory with sweet potato and spinach!  I am half way through that large bag of rolled oats I bought, yeah!
