Cookbook Countdown #17: Pan fried fish with cannellini mash and basil sauce

My second recipe from the same book by Gino D'Acampo
pan fried flour dusted fish fillet
with an aromatic basil/garlic/olive oil/lemon juice sauce
(I skipped the anchovies)  
on cannellini mash (with olive oil and garlic)
 paired with potato/cheese mash 
Above was hubby's Sunday dinner,
I had only the cannellini and potato mash!
