New potatoes - washed and scrub - steamed (I cook them in my Thermal cooker)
Fresh mint leaves - chopped finely
salt, olive oil and fresh ground black pepper
served my minted new potatoes with crispy skin salmon
and blanched bok choy

Simple can sometimes be the best way to cook things. I like the simplicity of this one.
