Stir-fried prawns with Basil and Garlic - page 25
prawns, peeled and deveined
sweet basil, vegetable oil
garlic - peeled and roughly crushed
fish sauce, ground black pepper, and sugar
slurry of cornflour and water
As I was serving this with pasta, I used a little more
water to create a sauce.

I sometimes stir-fried prawns still in their shells with lots of basil. Have not tried this version before. Looks good!
