From Rachel Khoo's The Little Paris Kitchen

the stars are aligned this weekend
it being a long weekend holiday
DH is away from home
all the ingredients are available
and about time
I cooked from Rachel Khoo's
 above:  potato and pear galette with roquefort (goat's cheese)
very easy peachy
I put the tray into the oven when the duck was 3/4 way done

the results I got for the duck leg look so different
from the picture in the book
is it because I removed the foil twenty minutes
before the hour was up, should I have left the foil on?
it was good though

a bit sweet but a repeat recipe - less sugar next time!
