THB ~ Sticky Caramel Pinwheel Cake

I am late for this month's bake at

but better late than never!
here is my 
Sticky Caramel Pinwheel Cake
 I felt that this dough took a long time to proof
especially the first rise
anyone else has the same problem?

 used Dates Syrup instead of Corn Syrup
used Walnuts

 it was lovely hot out of the ovean
so I recommend giving it a warm up 
before eating

Date syrup is a great idea!
And I have no problem with the first or the second rising.
Love this bread, so fluffy and soft!
