THB #25 ~ Italian Cheese and Herb Pinwheels Bread

herbs from my balcony garden
below: mid way through 1st rising
 
 
 
 
bake time was lesser than instructed
- pretty good as per that missing small section from the large loaf -
gonna have some with coffee tomorrow morning
 
part of DH's lunch
pumpkin soup
the bread is crusty with a soft interior
made perfect with the herby savory coating on the crust

    1. hahahaha.... I dumped the whole packet of shredded parmesan into the egg and herb mixture (and felt guilty for doing just so!) hahaha

      I never feel guilty adding too much cheese in my baking... Cheese gives us strong bones - LOL!
