THB #25 ~ Italian Cheese and Herb Pinwheels Bread

herbs from my balcony garden
below: mid way through 1st rising
 
 
 
 
bake time was lesser than instructed
- pretty good as per that missing small section from the large loaf -
gonna have some with coffee tomorrow morning
 
part of DH's lunch
pumpkin soup
the bread is crusty with a soft interior
made perfect with the herby savory coating on the crust

Your bread looks extra extra extra special made with homegrown herbs. What are the cheese did you use eventually?

hahahaha.... I dumped the whole packet of shredded parmesan into the egg and herb mixture (and felt guilty for doing just so!) hahaha

I never feel guilty adding too much cheese in my baking... Cheese gives us strong bones - LOL!
