CC#31: Pan-fried duck breast with berry sauce

I actually needed duck fat for a sweet recipe, and got a suitable amount (for a half recipe worth) from one duck breast meat.
This was a super duper easy duck recipe, and tasty!
Original berry for the recipe was red-currants, but I used cranberries - still good.
