Spanish meatballs with cracked olives - pages 66-67
In the meatballs: 
bread with crusts removed, soaked in water and squeezed dry
two different meats
small onions, finely chopped
garlic, crushed
ground cumin, ground coriander
lightly beaten egg
salt
flour for dusting
In the sauce:
Spanish olive oil for frying
canned chopped tomatoes
a pinch of sugar (which I forgot)
sherry, paprika
cracked green olives
crusty bread to serve

very tender meatballs, 
sweetness from the sherry
Big Yumms!
