Cookbook Countdown #10: Chorizo and mushroom kebabs

Chorizo and mushroom kebabs - pages 80-81
 Simple enough ingredients:  one chorizo sausage minus the skin, sliced thinly, recipe called for button mushrooms but I used the only mushrooms I have in the fridge; I used red chili( instead of green bell pepper - grilled, peeled and cut into squares)
 I first pan fried the chorizo slices until slightly golden on both sides, added the mushrooms and the chili pieces.  Cook until the mushroom is nicely coated with the oil. Thread everything on wooden skewerss, serve hot on a bed of sliced salad greens.

Luckily I didn't buy the spicy ones, these were quite hot!
