100 Best Classic Tapas ~ The ultimate ingredients for
authentic tapas including 100 delicious recipes
Seared squid and golden potatoes ~ pages 114-115
new potatoes, spanish olive oil
onion, thinly sliced
garlic, finely chopped
cleaned squid bodies, thinly sliced
dry white wine
flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper
lemon wedges, to serve (evidently I forgot!)
but still good without it
yumms, pretty addictive!

  1. Now this is a combination I have never tried before, squid with potatoes! Looks good! I love both squids and potatoes!

  2. I'm always looking for new ways to prepare squid and like Joyce, have not seen them paired this way with potatoes. It looks fantastic!
