Smoked Salmon with Coriander Sauce - pgs 68-69 
 Coriander (cilantro) with roots intact, washed and drained
olive oil, garlic, salt ~ (blend well
remove to small pot and heat to just about to boil
remove from heat, add lime juice
chill for an hour)
lime juice (I used lemon)
smoked salmon, lemon wedges (I did without)
