Look what I found from my stash ~ Classic Asian Noodles (CAN)

page 146 - Sesame noodles

 sesame oil, fresh thin egg noodles

sesame paste: chicken stock, sugar, dark soy sauce,

light soy sauce, sesame paste

garnish; cucumber shredded, spring onion finely chopped

I add shredded poached chicken meat

dinner for one - mine!

rather interesting, was nice
