Cookbook Countdown #7: CAN Noodles in wonton soup

Look what I found from my stash ~ Classic Asian Noodles (CAN)

page 166 ~ Noodles in wonton soup
chicken stock, choy sum, fresh egg noodles,
spring onions chopped, salt, light soy sauce.
wonton wrappers, minced meat & prawns,
water chestnut (I used white radish and carrot) finely chopped
sesame oil, salt, cornflour, ground white pepper
condiment: pickled green chillies and light soy sauce
(I used chopped red chillies)
