TCS ~ Swoon Pies

Its been a long time since I baked anything cookie like,
keeping these spoonful of dough two inches apart
as this dough spreads out a lot
the only variation in my cookie/pie
is greek yogurt instead of sour cream
and I skipped the marshmallow filling
opted for cream cheese filling 
 cos that is the only cream filling that works - for me!
the making-of that is!
This was tender and surprisingly good!

  1. This was my first choice Emily! But the Italian cream cake kept calling my name! I'm going to have to make these another time, they sound wonderful!
