Its been a long time since I baked anything cookie like,
keeping these spoonful of dough two inches apart
as this dough spreads out a lot
the only variation in my cookie/pie
is greek yogurt instead of sour cream
and I skipped the marshmallow filling
opted for cream cheese filling
cos that is the only cream filling that works - for me!
the making-of that is!
This was tender and surprisingly good!
