THB ~ Milk-Chocolate Walnut Coffee Cake

It's our #30 bake
from 'coffee cakes - simple, sweet and savory'

Milk-Chocolate Walnut Coffee Cake

I got five cupcakes and two mini cakes from the full recipe
I used Greek Yogurt
skipped the cinnamon and sugar as I maintained
the original amount for the sugar content for the batter
**tip: I used icing sugar instead of granulated sugar
and whipped everything by hand!!
very tender while warm (as recommended by Lou!)

Hi Emily,

I did the same, whipping my cakes by hand too. Dead-easy, isn't it? I like the fact too that the easy-to-bake cakes are also pretty good to eat :D Yours look very tender and delicious too!
