FFwD ~ Dilled Gravlax with Mustard Sauce

After making
and having to throw out at least a third of the salmon,
decided to make a small portion of
this week's Dilled Gravlax.
after leaving it (pressed down) for two days
in the fridge, my small portion became really tiny!
I ate half and DH is going to have the balance
sometime today

this is half of the salmon I made
served with store bought German Pumpernickel bread
and homemade Fennel, spinach and orange (and zested orange) salad
in grapeseed oil/balsamic vinegar dressing
(which was very nice)
and I liked the honey mustard dill sauce too!

Ohhhh, what a nice presentation. And, I liked also how you served it with the fennel, orange, spinach salad. I bet that was a nice combo. Wonder how your husband liked it. I haven't made the sauce yet but everyone says it's wonderful. Happy New Year 2014.
