Madeleines anyone?

working myself through the following books
for madeleines:
David Lobovitz ~ The Sweet Life In Paris,
Annie Bell ~ Gorgeous Cakes ~ take #1
Keiko Ishida ~ Okashi
below: madeleine pans from Daiso
Annie Bell's Date Madeleines (Take #1)
I only buttered the pans but left them in the fridge for 30mins - same time
as for the madeleine batter.  The little gems came out of the pan easily!
Now if only I know what is 'fill individual mould till 3/4 full' then I would
have got 20+ pieces of these soft, tender (but a bit sweet for my liking) goodies!
recipe available H.E.R.E.!!

Hi Emily,
I have been looking for madeleine pans, and am not sure whether the ones in Daiso are good. Now I know! Thanks, I'll be getting them soon!
Your madeleines looks very nice!
Yummy with a cup of tea!

Hi J!

I find most of Daiso baking pans are good! Definitely worth the money! I bought 4 of the madeleine pans and was gifted another 2! yeahhhhh
