Its our 10th bake at The Home Bakers group

was a bit worried about the snipping and twisting,
but nothing to worry about!

eXtremely hAPPy with this bake!

ps: I did use more than the original amount for the flour ~

Hi Emily! Super wonderful bake! Looks like everyone love this bread! I made half a recipe and used almost 3 cups of flour. Your bread recipients must be over the moon with these! Yum!

Hi Emily,

I find this dough very oily and a bit sticky too but I resist a lot to minimise the use of additional flour while kneading the dough and so I think mine is generally a little oily.

With 6.5 cup of flour, your bread look good!

Hi Emily, I used more flour than stated in the original recipe as well, I wonder is it due to different absorbencies of the flour from Sg and the flour from US? Anyway your bread turned out very delicoius-looking! Yum!
