but nothing to worry about!
eXtremely hAPPy with this bake!
Please visit our Hostess for this recipe HERE!

ps: I did use more than the original amount for the flour ~
an extra 1.5 cups (6.5cups) to the stipulated 4 to 5cups!

  1. Haha even I ended up using upto 7 cups of flour! LOL!!
Your bread has turned out great and looks SO tempting. Well done dear!

  2. looks great emily, beautifuuly baked. i loved e browning;)

  3. Looks greats & yummy! I've never thought of shaping it this way! Will try this the next time! Awesome! :)

  4. Hi Emily! Super wonderful bake! Looks like everyone love this bread! I made half a recipe and used almost 3 cups of flour. Your bread recipients must be over the moon with these! Yum!

  5. i think despite the instructions were a little confused on how to shape the bread, i think everyones' loaf have turned out beautifully! good job, emily!

  6. Hi Emily, your baked has turned out beautiful. I love the way you have really spread out the cuts to give it a wavey feel.

  7. Hi Emily,

I find this dough very oily and a bit sticky too but I resist a lot to minimise the use of additional flour while kneading the dough and so I think mine is generally a little oily.

With 6.5 cup of flour, your bread look good!

  8. Hi Emily, I used more flour than stated in the original recipe as well, I wonder is it due to different absorbencies of the flour from Sg and the flour from US? Anyway your bread turned out very delicoius-looking! Yum!

  9. Mmmm, the coffee cake looks wonderful!

I'm a new Cake Slice member, and a new blogger- drop by and say hi! :)
