White chocolate pistacho brownies

You need:  (btw I tripled this recipe for this bake)
115g  or 4oz butter, extra for greasing
225g or 8oz white chocolate
75g or 2&3/4oz pistachio (or walnuts)
2 eggs
115g or 4 oz soft brown sugar
115g or 4 oz self-raising flour
half cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven 180deg or 350f/gas mark 4. lightly grease an 18cm/7in square panin my case, I lined a 13x6 rectange pan with greasepaper
coarsely chop 175g or 6oz of the chocolate and all the nuts. put the remaining chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water.  When melted, stir together, set asie to cool slightly.
Whisk the eggs and sugar together, then beat in the cooled chocolate mixture until well mixed. fold in the flour, chopped chocolate, chips and nuts.
turn the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth surface.
bake brownies for about 30mins until just set. the mixture should still be a little soft in centre. leave to cool in the pan,
then cut into as big or as small squares as you like!
