CC#30: Salmon and chive fish cakes

Rachel Allen's method of prepping the potatoes for the mash is perfect, especially if you are making gnocchi

 This simple fish cake recipe make good use of left over mash, ideal for a quick yet delish meal. Recipe calls for smoked salmon, but I used left over pan fried salmon.
