CC#30: Chicken skewers with carrot and apple salad

I spiced up the marinade of ground cumin and coriander with a tablespoon of meat curry powder (great idea!); and left the cubed fillets to marinate overnight in the fridge.
The grated carrots and julienned apple (instead of grated) salad was delightful, and so were the chicken!
A keeper recipe!
