Cookbook Countdown #16: Cock-A-Leekie soup

This chicken and leek soup is amazing quick to make,
and delicious with very simple ingredients!
Main ingredients:
chicken thighs (I used breast fillet)
leeks, chicken stock (I used fish)
a bit of butter, flour, salt and black pepper
this will be super quick if you have homemade
stock on hand.
