Cookbook Countdown #15: Chicken, grean bean, and almond salad

Weekday Lunch (Box)
I made chicken soup with green radish, potato,
onions and garlic for hubby, and used the chicken
for this salad! Used sweet peas instead of green beans.
Garnished with toasted almond flakes instead of whole almonds.
dressing was crushed garlic, olive oil, pomegranate molasses,
(I totally forgot about the vinegar!), salt and pepper
Put lids on that bowl and bottle and they are takeout for lunch!
recipe from pages 102-103 of
Hugh Fernley-Whittingstall's River Cottage Every Day

headed by the lovely leader
is back!
We are attempting to cook from both River Cottage Every Day (RCED) for all,
and River Cottage Love Your Leftovers (RCLYL) - optional!
I will do a round up of the dishes I make from Hugh's book on the 28th
of each month, but since I cannot wait that long, I am posting them as I make them!
