Cookbook Countdown #13: Rachel Khoo's Spring lamb stew

  Rachel Khoo's Spring lamb stew
pages 62-63 of The Little Paris Kitchen
and the recipe can be found  >HERE<
I used boneless lamb shoulder instead of lamb neck,
snow peas instead of french beans and canned green peas instead of fresh.
And I did not bake this, done in two hours of slow simmering on the stove.
This itself was a filling meal.

Wow, you have a lot of her cookbooks, it is such fun to see them all stacked up like that. This lamb stew looks really good to me, some lamb with lots of veggies. Spring is lamb season here and the prices begin to drop a bit so this will be the time to try a recipe like this.

Hi Kayte!
Rachel's father is Malaysian and we are so proud of her! I hope you will check out her videos and blog! Yes, this was good, we can add more veggies if we need to!

I will do that. Such fun for you and such success!

The stew looks delicious! I thought of letting you know about her Muesli book at BX, but looks like you beat me to it! :)

I got all her books two years back (or could be much earlier!).
