Roast duck (two drumsticks) with Sichuan Pepper sauce - page 154
Coriander and Cucumber Salad with Sichuan Pepper - pages 154-155
both dishes uses Sichuan peppercorns

dinner for one
 quite happy with the results of the roast duck drumsticks
(but lots of pot-scrubbing to do!)
The above cucumber and coriander salad was interesting!
finally decided to marry up these two dishes from the book
ala Peking Duck style!

Duck is GOOD!! Wish I could find more of it so I could make this.
