Potstickers with Chinese Yam - pages 48-49
minced chicken, finely grated, peeled fresh Chinese Yam (I finely diced)
cornflour, chopped Chinese chives, sesame oil, salt, sugar
ground black pepper, round potsticker skins,
water, cooking oil
side dip:
Chinese black vinegar, shredded young ginger
sugar and light soy sauce
Below:  potstickers straight from the freezer (well, waited 5 mins)
into hot frying pan with oil, same method
works fine too

I have never made potstickers and I really like them. Guess I will have to try some now.
