Stir-fried Winter Melon, Chicken and Gingko Nuts ~ page 179-180
garlic, chicken strips, winter melon cut into strips
pre-cooked gingko nuts (I froze the extras!)
coriander leaves, salt, sesame oil and water
 
I bought a round baby winter melon and this is the first dish
I made with it!  Very simple ingredients with delicious results.

Hi Emily,
I often make winter melon soup but have never stir fry. Interesting dish to cook with gingko nuts. Looks yummy too.
