Cookbook Countdown #8: CAN ~ Cantonese seafood noodles

Look what I found from my stash ~ Classic Asian Noodles
Cantonese-style egg noodles with Crab and Prawns - pages 138-139
 I used prawns, quid, and salmon (in place of crab)
there is sugar in the marinate for the seafood,
and in the sauce - a bit sweet for my liking
- perhaps cut the sugar for the sauce.
Need to make this again, to improve my results.
