Lor Mee (Braised noodles) - page 126
used chicken instead of pork ribs,
green veggie in place of bean sprouts.
the stock has star anise, five spice powder 
and fried shallots.

The stock sounds like stew with the spice ingredients! Must be very aromatic noodle dish! Yum!
