Cookbook Countdown #8 ~ CAN - Fried noodles, Filipino-style (Pancit Guisado)

Look what I found from my stash ~ Classic Asian Noodles
Pancit Guisado (Fried noodles, Filipino-style) - page 60-61
I could not source the Anatto oil (I used chili oil) but I did have bay leaves!
This recipe used only salt and white pepper for seasoning without
any light or dark soy sauce.
I wonder what the taste is like with Anatto oil....
This was pleasant as is!
