pages 148-149: Fried Udon with Kimchi and mushrooms ~ Korean Style!
Ingredients: Kimchi, chicken fillets, sesame oil, raw red chili paste,
salt, dried or fresh Udon , cooking oil, Onion - thinly sliced, 
dried Chinese mushrooms - soaked and thinly sliced,
light soy sauce, garlic clove - thinly sliced,
spring onion - cut into two inch length
coriander leaves - cut into two inch length's
