pages 50-51 ~ Oriental chicken
into a bowl goes:
hoisin sauce, soy sauce, plum sauce/jam and chili paste,
mix well. toss chicken breast fillets in the sauce and coat
evenly. Cover and refrigerate till cooking time.
Heat oil in frying pan and fry marinated chicken for 10 mins till tender.
Serve with lemon or lime wedges and salad.
