page 55 ~ Asian meat loaf

Onions, peeled and chopped

Minced beef (I used the balance of the corned beef)

tomatoes - peeled and chopped

beef stock cubes (I used veg cubes)

freshly ground black pepper

eggs and cooking oil for frying

served with simple mixed green salad (from stuff in the crisper drawer)

pomegranate molasses, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper

and lemon juice
