 page 53 - Vimala's lamb patties
Onions, garlic and ginger - chopped
curry powder, ground coriander, ground cumin & plain flour
ground black pepper, minced lamb, eggs
oil for deep frying
  
served with your choice of cili sauce (I used Lingham!)
Moroccan pickled carrots, and pickled cauliflower
Yumms!

You are using your minced lamb in the most delicious ways! Nobody could resist patties, especially these patties! Yum indeed!

They are surprisingly tender inside, I used the last of them in tomato sauce with pasta! Delish!

Amy, these were good on their own dipped in chili sauce, but also great added to a tomato based pasta sauce!
