Celine J Marbeck's Quick & Easy Cooking

 Minced lamb with potatoes served with 

toasted pita bread, pickled cauliflower and Moroccan pickled carrots 

Adapted from original recipe scaled down for two pax:

one potato - peeled and diced 

one onion - diced

one clove garlic - crushed and minced

minced lamb (about 200g)

salt, black pepper, black sauce and 5spice powder

oil, water and beef stock cube (I used veg)
