FFwD ~ Chicken in the pot and others

The Doristas have graduated,
with the cover recipe being the capping!
***
I made the iconic Chicken in the pot ie the lemon and garlic version!
but in the slow cooker (as I cannot locate the pot I got especially for it!)
so gonna make this again (soon as the pot is found!)
or in my newly acquired clay pot...
like Mardi said, seasoning needs to upped!
***
(cottage cheese tart with raisins)
question: can I not pre-bake the tart crust?
my pre-baked crust got a bit burnt at the sides
and I did have a layer of 'skin' on top too..
but still tasted good!

 Sweet tart dough
(cheesecake tart)
and
savory!
clearing out my pantry.. finally used that small tin of chicken franks
in the filling
***
have two egg-whites from making the cheesecake tart
so gave croquants another go
this time much improved.. but still more chewy then crunchy :(
surprise! surprise!
these were good after a day or two
and between hubby and I
we ate all of them in a span of four days!
***
flounder (sole) meuniere, almond
delish!
***
As I have 90+ recipes more to catch up with...

I cannot make up my mind with the AHA and DDD recipes!

so I will revise them again

at the end of my journey with AMFT!

***

My AHA moment with Dorie will be

SALMON IN A JAR (scroll down)

***
My DDD will be
Vanilla Vegetable Salad (scroll down please!)

***
My Play-It-Again-Dorie Recipe
will be
Spice Crusted Fish (and also prawns!)

I adored the cottage cheese tart - when I fancy cheesecake and don't want to blow the diet, I will always make that.

What an impressive array of recipes! I didn't make the cheesecake tart, but I must. You've been so busy! Well done.

Hope your weekend is wonderful!

Wow, what a collection and only 90 to go. I have about 130 and I don't even plan on doing them all in the next year. Congrats to you for all your catching up.

Great collection and love how you keep on going! I am behind on several desserts which won't be a difficult task to complete.

I'm intrigued by your savory version of the cheesecake tart.

I loved the cheesecake tart, too. And I like how many of the dishes you always manage to make!
