Roasted tomato soup with tapioca

This sunshine in a bowl is rather unique

it has blended fresh tomatoes, strained

roasted tomatoes, left whole

olive oil, garlic, spring onions

and tapioca pearls

(I stained the tapioca slightly blue with this flower!)

as I was afraid the tapioca pearls I used were small ones

and that they might not appear in the photos

Most Delightful! and Interesting!
