Mini Beef Wellington ~ Rachel Khoo, and more....


Been wanting to make this for the longest time
DH had a fish version of the wellington
and I had the Beef Wellington
so
 and with the balance of the puff pasty
one sheet folded over sardines rillettes
 below:
chicken stew with 10 grains rice with KaiLan Flowers
