except I used the HappyCallPan instead of the oven
two large chicken maryland fitted perfectly in the HCP
2 red chillies, seeded and chopped
2tablespoons finely grated lime rind
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
sea salt
lime wedges, to serve.
RUB all the ingredients onto the chicken
close the lid of HCP
cook till juices run clear
the first piece I ate with stall-bought nasi lemak and it was fabulous
above: eaten with white rice, potato patty, veg and raw sambal
super yumms!

You are so pandai, eat your delicious chicken with nasi lemak!
If it is home cooked nasi lemak, there will definitely be a second helping with the chicken, which in a good way, luckily the nasi lemak is ta-pau! Haha!

I like very Malaysian fusion way of enjoying DH's recipes... Nasi lemak with chilli lime chicken... must be super yum!
