CLAS ~ BILL GRANGER #5

Have been eyeing Bill's BBQ Duck and Noodles
since last week and finally made it
for my dinner tonight:

my substitutes:
I bought and used a small serving of 
roasted duck breast meat in place of BBQ duck,
asparagus in place of snow peas,
more spring onions in place of coriander leaves,
and a dash of maple syrup in place of sugar

extremely delightful dinner!

Weiii I cheated with 'bought' roasted duck breast meat from one of the best Chicken Rice stall in Ampang! Their roast pork also darn good!
