Original recipe calls for three ingredients, I made this without the sugar.
Below: used up the entire bottle with the blended and strained juice of three mandarin oranges.
After peeling, and removing as much of the membrane from the mandarin segments, I blended them with a stick blender, strained through a coarse sieve, added all the contents of the above bottle to the unsweetened juice, stir well before transferring to plastic tub for freezing. After four hours, gave the contents a good stir, return to freezer for an over night stay.

Emily, Your efforts on the behalf of this recipe were admirable. Lots of work. I did use tangerine juice that I bought at Trader Joe's and it was tasty and easy. Yes, it melts quickly but it is delicious. I am going to make it again this week for company.
I served a clementine and prosecco sorbet for a large group, with vanilla ice cream and candied clementine peel. Everyone loved it. With the amount of wine in the mix, I bet your sorbet is another big winner.
As always, you did a great job making this work with the ingredients available. Glad you enjoyed it. Happy New Year, Emily!
Brilliant idea to use the Breezer drink!!!
Yum! I would welcome this anytime of the day! Double serving please!
