CC#35: Broccoli and Stilton (parmesan) soup

Original recipe called for frozen broccoli,  but I used fresh. I used parmesan instead of Stilton - I find it tasty!
Very healthy as there is no cream in this soup, the amount of cheese used is entirely up to your own taste, in my opinion.

I love broccoli soup but have never made my own before! Your soup would be lovely with some crusty bread!
