CC#33: Prawn omelette

Very simple dish to rustle up middle of the day. Pre-cooked prawns diced, diced shitake mushrooms (Pre-cooked), chopped herbs, and shredded carrots (in place of bean sprouts)
Beat up three eggs, add a pinch of 5 spice powder, a dash of sesame oil. Add the above ingredients of cooked prawns etc. Mixed well. Heat up my egg fry pan and fry up some mini omelettes!  Make a sauce of light soy, oyster sauce, water and cornstarch. Spoon over the omelettes, and serve.
