CC#31: Fragrant coconut spiced meat on mini poppadums

Rather simple ingredients of chopped shallots, curry powder, tomato puree, ground meat, coconut milk, citrus juice, mint and seasoning. 
Tasty paired with baba ganoush on mini black pepper poppadums.
