CC#29: Pan-fried Fish with Black Bean and Chilli Sauce

Have not had black beans in my pantry for the longest time, so this was a great start.  Original recipe was for stir-fried beef, but it was also good with the tenggiri fish I used. Will try it with meat sometime soon.

Fermented black beans is one of my favourite ingredients. This fish dish looks really delicious!
