CC#29: Deep-fried Chicken Wings with Chilli, Salt and Lemon

Oh I see, the method is to steam the chicken wings first, before coating in seasoned flour (salt and chilli powder) and deep frying in hot oil.
Chillies are also deep-fried in the same oil after you finished with the chicken wings.
Super easy and tasty with a generous squeeze of lemon before tucking in!
